Access by non-ASU personnel

If you are collaborating with a contractor, vendor, or other non-ASU personnel and want them to have access to some or all of your unit's Stova events and emails, the recommended practice is to request a Courtesy Affiliate Account for the non-ASU personnel.

The ASU Courtesy Affiliate Account provides non-ASU employees, such as vendors and consultants, with ASURite IDs in order to access ASU systems and services. The account provides recommended security when making computing resources available to non-ASU personnel.

Requests for Courtesy Affiliate Accounts must be submitted by an ASU employee and approved by a Manager, Dean, or Director. The service is available to the ASU department or entity who will sponsor the courtesy affiliate.

Courtesy Affiliate Accounts can be renewed on a yearly basis.

To request a Courtesy Affiliate Account, go to this direct link. Or go to MyASU. Click on the Service tab. Then click on the Service Catalog link. Search for "Courtesy Affiliate" to locate the catalog request form.

After your Courtesy Affiliate has their ASURite credentials, they or you (on their behalf) may request an Stova user account.
