No candidate servers found
If you are receiving the "No candidate servers found" message while working in your Stova account, you are likely in the old Stova domain - eiseverywhere.com ("E is everywhere") - a hold-over from the days when the company was called "etouches."
This error can occur to users who use a bookmark to the old login page.
Stova switched domains at the end of February, 2020.
The new domain for user accounts is "na-admin.eventscloud.com."

If you have an bookmark that lands on the "eiseverywhere.com" domain, you can manually edit the bookmark in your browser to the ASU short link.
