  • Support

In addition, to access the Getting Started guide, how-to pages and other support info of this website, log in thru the Sign In link in the ASU header.

How to Log into your User Account

Members of ASU Service Groups (such as ASU Staff Council, MECA, etc.) are provided with a special User Name and must log in using the standard Stova client login page.

Note: The system will automatically log you out if you leave your account open in a browser but have no activity for 30 minutes.

How to Navigate the Platform

Get Training

We strongly recommend that new users get training in Stova, or use the resources provided on this website to learn about Stova before creating event registrations for actual events.

Visit the resources on the Support>Webinars & Training webpage to find trainings offered by ASU and Stova.

Read the Getting Started webpages to walk you through how to set-up a registration site.

Additional Support

The first level of support is through the ASU Office of University Events & Protocol. Email our OUEP team at stova@asu.edu with your questions, issues, or concerns. We can assist with design, function, ASU integration and Stova module issues.

There is also a Slack workspace for ASU Stova users. To join an ASU workspace, go to https://www.asu.edu/slack, sign in with your ASURite email address and password, and locate the workspace (you may search by name).

In addition, you can email the Stova support team at support@stova.io and they will respond to you promptly.

Finally, users have access to the Stova support site, which offers tutorial videos, articles and more. To access, log into your account, open the left navbar by clicking the 3-bar icon at the top left of the screen, and click the the 'Support' link at the bottom.
