The Abstracts module for Stova allows you to receive, review and approve abstract proposals all in one place so you can deliver relevant sessions and elevate the attendee experience.

Collect Submissions

Easily set up a team of reviewers for submissions to score content based on set guidelines.

Add to Your Agenda

Once submissions are selected, the automatic sync feature can add speakers and content to your registration, website, and agenda.

 

  • Manage your agenda time slots and rooms by determining how many speakers are needed.
  • Automatically add selected speakers and sessions to your event website and agenda with any changes, syncing in real-time.
  • Export speaker bios and abstracts into your printed event program or mobile app.

Cost

The Abstracts module is a premium feature in the Stova platform and, as such, has an additional cost to use.

Units are charged $7 per submission for events accepting under 500 Abstract submissions. Units are billed for submissions received after the event's submission deadline has passed.

Production

An Stova@ASU Admin will work with the unit's event coordinator and/or team to set-up and manage the abstracts module.
