How to process refunds with QuikPay
With QuikPAY, all credit card transactions are processed in the QuikPAY system, not Stova. So users who need to process refunds will need a special QuikPAY Refund account to process refunds.
To request a QuikPAY Refund account, go to this Service Now catalog item, select the Request QuikPAY Refund Account option, and provide the requested information.

Refunds for payments made over 6 months ago
The QuikPAY system can only refund payments made within the last 6 months. Refunds made after that timeframe should issue a refund via check.
ASU Merchants Services advises that units work with their department's Financial Services Accountant to issue a refund check via Workday if assistance is needed.
Once the refund is issued, we recommend updating the registrant's record in Stova to balance the event's transaction records.
