Update the ASU Branded footer graphic

The ASU Branded footer graphic - called a Lockup - is updated by the Enterprise Brand Strategy team yearly, and available on the ASU Brand Library.

How to update the lockup graphic

Note: The process to update the lockup graphic is the same in Event Emails (Registration) or Marketing emails.

The latest lockup graphic for the #1 in Innovation version has been uploaded to the Stova Images database and can be accessed by users as follows.

Step 1

Open the email and click edit.

Step 2

In the email content window, double click the current footer graphic to open the Image Properties window.

Step 3

Delete the URL in the URL field and paste the URL for the latest version (see below).

Latest version URL:

Select text and copy.

Step 4

Click OK to save the changes and close the Image Properties window.

The updated graphic now appears in the footer.

Step 5

Click Save & Stay or Save & Exit to save the changes to the email.
